Rates, Opening Times and Policy
Art Hotel Garden — The rates for our rooms vary according to the different categories and the current occupancy (Rates are in euros € and VAT included).
The rates are city tax excluded (we kindly inform you that the tax is per person per night for the first five days. The tax is not due for children under twelve).
- City Tax: 1,50 €/person
- Cradle supplement per night: 20 €
Arrival and Departure
The check-in time is from 2 pm – If you arrive prior to the check-in time, we shall be pleased to keep your luggage here with us or provide an early check-in if possible.
The check-out time is at 10 am – If you wish to store any luggage for a later pick up please liaise directly with the hotel concierge during your stay.
A late check-out at 17:00 pm – subject to availability – will be charged, after previous communication. Please contact the concierge team or reply to this e-mail for further information.

Booking and Deposit
A booking is valid from the moment we have received credit card information or a deposit. Upon booking, credit card information is requested to guarantee the reservation.
Payment upon check-in
For stays longer than 3 night, is requested, in addition to credit card information: a deposit of 40% of the balance upon the booking is required. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to 48 hours before arrival.
In case of no-show or booking cancellation after the deadline, a cancellation penalty will be applied equal to
the higher of first night fee or the deposit.
Animali Domestici
- On request only upon booking
- Small to medium sized pets only (must not exceed 25kg)
- Maximum one pet per room
- Pets are admitted in the breakfast area only if it is previously agreed with the Direction
- We charge 15 euros per night (without food)
N.B. It’s forbidden to allows pets to get on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
General Information
Continental breakfast is served from the hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 am from Mondays to Sundays.
We have our own outdoor pool, the opening hours are from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 04:00 pm to 07:30 pm from Mondays to Sundays.
We have our parking on site, with limited availability and by reservation, the price is 20 euros per night. Please contact the concierge team or reply to this e-mail for further information.
Beach service is available at a partner lido, with limited availability and by reservation, the price is 35 euros.
